Welcome to CityLink Group of Companies International. Our transport name and services currently span the Middle East and South East Asia. The portfolio of companies includes ‘OTE’ for General Land Transport, ‘OTEX Express’ for partial cargo, ‘CityLink Cargo’ for international freight, ‘CityLink Ticketing & Tourism’, ‘Alhowdaj’ for rental cars and buses, 'Masafi Transport' for General Transport and Supply of aggregate stone material in UAE and ‘CityLink Lubricants’ solely distributing ‘Shell’ products across Saudi Arabia.

Having started off in the early 1970s in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this transport group saw a rapid development throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Today it is one of the leading transport companies in the Arabian Gulf. In the ‘90s the transport company expanded its operations in offering a partial cargo service, which after several years overtook all its major reivals, in delivering a reliable and efficient service to its customers. Recently after being appointed the sole agency of distributing ‘Shell’ lubricants in Saudi Arabia, the group foresaw immense diversification in the launching of ‘CityLink Lubricants Ltd’. Further growth in the field of import & export of cars from the US/Canada is currently underway.

Furthermore, the rapid expansion and diversification into an array of different fields has firstly been achieved through the help of Allah the All Giving and Most Merciful. The company has also achieved this standing in the international market by the professional and corporate-minded management approach adopted by our branches worldwide. Above all, having had a motivated team of employees and a talented workforce in all our branches has not just been the keystone to our growth but has also been prided to be our company’s most precious assets.

Our corporate social responsibility to all our stakeholders corporate and non-corporate has been well maintained over the course of these last few years. We have supported the Pakistani Earthquake victims in 2006 with monetary contributions, free transport to all other people donating clothes, blankets and tinned food as well as providing 15,000 tents. We have also recently donated generously to the victims of dislocated families in the Swat Valley of Pakistan. Similarly we are constantly sponsoring poor families in providing their children with subsidized educational fees at all the local schools. Moreover we have been hosting the Annual ‘OTEX Cricket Cup’ for teenagers over the last two years. We have also sponsored two cricket leagues (26 teams in each) concurrently this year in Jeddah, in our great efforts to promote the game of cricket in the Kingdom. Our company culture has always fostered these non financial overtures to our local communities worldwide.

Our ultimate goal is to strive in acquiring 100% efficiency in all our operations as well as attaining complete customer reliability and satisfaction in all our services. This goal has been translated down into all our company’s objectives.
